Systembank Estate Management Services Available

Systembank Estate Management has provided estate management services since 2000, with clientele ranging from multimillionaires with complex multi-state business issues to simple family estates with assets under $300K.

In most cases, Systembank Estate Management has been on the scene from the date of the decedent's death to the closing of the estate with probate courts and tax authorities.

Services include:

• forensic accounting of decedent's estate,

• filing of decedent's final personal income tax returns,

• paralegal services for probate court filings,

• minimal subcontracted attorney services, at cost,

• establishing of estate probate case numbers and tax identification numbers,

• valuation and disposition of estate inventory,

• preparation and filing of initial, interim and final estate tax and income tax returns,

• preparation and filing of initial, interim and final accounting for probate courts and

• general consulting.

A discounted rate of $50/hour is available for preferred clients, such as for family and friends.  By charter, all services provided are on a "fee-for-service" basis, as of 12/1/2007.  Clients are billed in quarter-hour increments.
